  • Abdulhadi - Trainee Engineer Electrical Systems

    Most people call me Hadi, because that's a lot easier to shout! I'm 33 years old and came to the Netherlands from Syria 7 years ago. I go to the Haagse Hogeschool in Delft, where I am a third year student of Electrical Engineering.

    During my work, i carry out activities as a draughtsman on the one hand and as work planner on the other. This means that I make the AutoCAD drawing for an electrotechnical installation and on that basis also bill of materials. Next, I make receipts for all materials, which are sent to the central purchasing department for ordering. I really enjoy my work and am now focusing on building up experience in the field of electricity. 

  • Hugo - IT Manager

    I've been working as an IT professional at Van Der Hoeven for quite some years now. It's a fun and dynamic company, where every single day brings a new challenge. The lines are short and the IT department is closely involved with all parts of the organisation, which keeps the work varied and challenging. After years of doing everything on our own, we have grown considerably and the three of us are starting to become a real department, each with its own specialism and responsibilities. 

    The atmosphere is pleasant and open, with driven and motivated colleagues and where there is room for self-development. 

  • Stan - Electrician

    Hi, I'm Stan! We realize new installations and adjustments to existing installations. We do this with a nice team of work planners and (service) technicians. We deal with everything that is needed in a greenhouse, from automating the climate to lighting. This makes it very varied, and you will be visiting clients throughout the Netherlands.
