The Logistics department is responsible for the transport and the associated export documents for the material flows to our worldwide projects. You are part of a small friendly team and together with your colleagues you ensure a timely and correct arrival of the materials at our projects, anywhere in the world. Every country has different laws and regulations, which ensures variety in your work.

 

You will perform the following activities:

  • Organize transport via road, sea and air freight
  • Prepare export and administrative documents.
  • Draw up invoices.

  • Keeping in touch with freight forwarders and agencies, such as the Chamber of Commerce.
  • Collaborating internally with and informing colleagues from the Shipping, Purchase and Projects department.

 

Your profile

  • Completed MBO education in logistics, transport or commercial employee office

  • Good command of the Dutch and English language.

  • Good knowledge of MS Office.

  • Preferably relevant administrative experience.

  • Systematic and secure working method.

  • Service oriented team player.

  • Proactive work attitude.
