As Discipline Head of HVAC/Climate Engineering, you will lead the Climate Engineering team. Together with your team, you are responsible for delivering all our climate projects on time, correctly, and with the right specifications. 
These include small-scale local projects, but mainly large-scale international turn-key projects. This involves the overall climate-technical design of the greenhouse, including detailed and production drawings that integrate all expert disciplines, resulting in material lists for procurement. You are also capable of contributing to the detailed design of climate-technical installations within the greenhouse.

You will coordinate and stimulate the development of your engineers and support the structuring of their work and associated processes.
Based on your expertise, you will provide technical guidance to your colleagues, set priorities, and monitor project schedules. Collaboration is key, you will work closely with the team leads of other engineering disciplines as well as the Projects, Design, Procurement, and Realization departments.

• Optimising work methods and processes

Your profile

• Technical Master’s or Bachelor’s degree

• Proficiency in Dutch and English

• Leadership experience / managing a team

• Independent and responsible

• Solution-oriented

• Flexible

• Strong social skills

• Experiende as an Engineer in an (international) project environment

• Experience with AutoCAD and SolidWorks
