About the job

Van der Hoeven Horticultural Projects, the future of horticulture technology. The Purchase Control & Administration department handles purchasing administration and the planning of incoming goods. 

 

You create purchase orders in the system and check the resulting order confirmations.
In addition, you monitor the delivery times of the various purchase orders and, where necessary, link them to the transport planning.  You are in contact with suppliers and inform the internal organisation about the status of orders and any deviations. The department is continuously working to further optimise the support it provides to the organisation, and you actively contribute to this.

 

 

Your profile

  • You have completed vocational education and have several years of administrative work experience. 
  • You have an affinity with technology. Experience with computer systems and programmes such as Excel and Outlook is a requirement.
  • In addition, you have a good command of Dutch and English.

  • Your working method is characterised by accuracy and customer focus, and you have a flexible attitude to work. 
  • You are comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
