About the job
The Arvesta Business Architect oversees and monitors the technical solution in our system landscape for the business processes within his/her domain.
As BA (Business Architect) you are end-to-end Solution Owner within your domain and perform this role in close cooperation with the business and the functional & technical experts with a view to standardization, simplification and quality.
-
Business solutions only work when they respond to what the business really needs. It's your job to make sure they do. You capture the changing business needs from the organization, translate them into clear functional requirements and then work with them to develop a technical solution.
-
You specialize in a particular process domain, such as Finance or Procurement, without losing sight of the impact of and on the other domains, such as Contract & Order Management.
-
You will get to know the systems through and through so that you can be strong and, together with the technical experts, outline and perhaps even implement the best solution.
-
You are the interlocutor for the process owners and process improvers within the organization, the internal IT organization and the partners we work with.
-
You come into contact with various companies within the Arvesta Group, but never lose sight of the bigger picture. You cooperate in the harmonization of processes and bring opportunities for synergies into view in order to make Arvesta even stronger.
You work within a matrix structure. This means that you have a hierarchical responsibility within the IT organization, but through your efforts in the projects you report operationally to the project leader or program manager.
You can advance to a position within the organization or develop your career further within Arvesta's growing IT landscape.
