About the job

• You will serve as a role model and actively contribute to the e-commerce team
• You will coordinate a team of warehouse staff (approximately 5 people) on a daily basis by setting priorities for daily tasks, assigning responsibilities appropriately, and making decisions to ensure the warehouse runs smoothly
• You will lead, guide, and coach the team to achieve the set objectives together
• You maintain an overview of the department and ensure optimal planning
• You contribute structurally and proactively and make improvement suggestions to your manager
• You are responsible for the efficient and accurate processing of web orders and monitor timing, quality, and accuracy
• You consistently monitor inventory and stock levels to support operations
• You assist with and track deliveries

• You are able to work in an alternating shift system (6 a.m.–2 p.m. / 2 p.m.–10 p.m.)
