About the job

Working in close collaboration with your direct Manager, you are responsible for organising the planning of the trucks transporting Walagri’s bulk products. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Planning the company-owned truck fleet

  • Assigning and monitoring the execution of transport missions carried out by third‑party carriers

  • Coordinating all transport activities across the various loading and unloading sites

  • Optimising the KPIs related to your area of activity

You maintain continuous contact with the different internal “order‑giving” departments, subcontractors, drivers, depot managers, and other stakeholders to ensure the proper execution and follow‑up of the missions listed above.

Finally, you ensure compliance with procedures related to product quality (FCA, HACCP, etc.) as well as all legal and regulatory requirements concerning transport and safety (driving and rest times, authorised loads, etc.).

 

Your profile

  • You preferably hold a Bachelor’s degree in Transport or Logistics, or you can demonstrate equivalent experience.
  • You are familiar with using dashboards and performance indicators (KPIs) to optimise the logistical resources at your disposal.
  • You are solution‑oriented.
  • You have excellent command of IT tools, particularly the Microsoft Office suite. Practical knowledge of a transport planning software and an ERP system is a strong asset.
